Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday-Friday), except Public Holidays.

As soon as the order is processed you will get a notification with the tracking code from the shipping provider, who will confirm the best delivery time in advance.

Currently we are shipping to Pakistan, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and UAE. We are working on adding more countries to this list.

Refunds & Exchanges

We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our Customer Care team at customer-care@konpals.com with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return. After 14 days we will not accept any returns.

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged please notify our customer care team within 48 hours.

Once your item/items have been received and checked by the quality control team, you will receive a voucher code or a refund to place a new order.

We will arrange one collection (additional charges might apply) for the item(s) you want to return and bring it back to our warehouse for inspection. Any follow-up returns related to the same order will need to be shipped to us by you.

Please note that:

You can return an item only if

  1. You have received the damaged piece
  2. You have received the different size than you ordered
  3. The dress is not of the same material as advertised

All items must be in the original packaging and unused with its tags.

Once the inspection of the returned items is complete, we will offer you two options:

  1. A voucher that you can use to place a new order with equal value to the items returned and excluding any shipping or other costs.

  2. A refund of equal value to the items returned and excluding any shipping or other costs.

The Method of Refund depends on the payment method used to place the order. Please note the following conditions and term for refunds.

  1. Card and Visa Checkout Payments

Payments made by debit or credit cards can have either:

  • The funds returned to the original card used to make the payment within 20 calendar days of our Customer Care team confirming the return, or

  • Alternatively, we can give you a voucher code to place a new order.

  1. PayPal Payments

Payments made through PayPal can have either:

  • The funds returned to the PayPal account that was used to make the payment within 20 days of our Customer Care team confirming the return, or

  • We can give you a voucher code to place a new order.
